TRAINING AND SUBSCRIPTION
17. Training and Subscription to LiveTrainingRoom.com is
available to persons aged eighteen years and over who have a valid credit card.
When completing the subscription form you agree to provide true accurate
current and complete information about yourself (which must include your full
details and to inform us promptly in any change in that information.
18. Subscription is available on a Monthly (Rolling 28 Day) basis (28-day is
the lowest denomination of days in a month, and therefore the closest
approximation to a calendar month as is possible with trading days). Fees paid
for any subscription term are paid in advance and are not refundable in whole
or in part.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
19. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual
property rights in LiveTrainingRoom.com, and in the material published on it.
Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All
such rights are reserved.
20. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from
our site for your personal reference. 21. You must not reproduce, retransmit,

26. The provisions of clauses and 25 do not affect our liability for death or
personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent
misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any
other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
INDEMNITY
27. Subscribers and other users of LiveTrainingRoom.com
agree to indemnify and hold us, our officers, employees, agents and third
parties connected to us, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages,
obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but

provide the Subscriber with notice of termination.
38. Your may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us through
our contact page on our website, or by writing to Live Training Room Ltd., 11
Elspeth Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 3LW. Your notice of termination will be
effective upon receipt by us. Fees paid in advance for any unexpired
subscription term will not be refunded.
